Manual Lymphatic Drainage: 30 min. :25 €
A light, slow and rhythmic treatment to encourage lymph flow, without increasing blood circulation. It improves the immune system and drains waste products as well as excess fluid from the tissues. It helps e.g. in cases of heavy and swollen legs, certain sports injuries etc., as well as with respiratory problems. Ideal also for pregnant women.
Reflexology: 60 min. :35€
By pressing the reflex points on the feet this therapy helps the body to activate its own ability to heal. It improves circulation and the whole organism will be encouraged to function at its optimum level.

A Foot SPA (vitalising footbath with essential oils, peeling of the feet, foot massage and foot mask) is a treat for your tired feet which will be very soft and smooth afterwards. In the combination with a back and head massage you feel afterwards relaxed from head to toe.
